1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HybridAD software or accessing the hybridad365.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the software or website.

2. Software License

DigiMacht LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use HybridAD on computers within your organization, solely for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

The free trial version is provided as-is for evaluation purposes. Commercial licensing terms will be announced separately.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from HybridAD
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer HybridAD to any third party without written consent from DigiMacht LLC
• Use HybridAD for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate applicable law
• Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices in the software
• Use HybridAD in any product or service you sell without explicit written authorization

4. Data & Privacy

HybridAD processes Active Directory and Microsoft 365 data on your premises. DigiMacht LLC does not receive or have access to your organizational data. Your use of HybridAD is governed by your organization's data protection policies and applicable law.

Personal data collected through this website (download form) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

HybridAD is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DigiMacht LLC does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigiMacht LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of HybridAD or inability to use HybridAD, even if DigiMacht LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of HybridAD in your possession.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
